0.1.7 LCP Update: art link fixes, crush targeting macro
Hello! Just a minor update!
So for one: the links for the art in the LCP have been fixed with ones that, ideally, will remain. Originally the images linked to Discord uploads but I'd recently noticed those suffered from Discord's link rot meaning Comp/Con was no longer loading the art for the frame. This has been resolved by hosting instance of the art on something hopefully more durable than a Discord link. My apologies if anyone wondered why there was no art in the LCP!
On a similar note, I've been fiddling with the y_pos line of the frames.json file, and now the "banner art" for the mech should properly display it's head when trying to select the frame on the create a new mech menu in Comp/Con.
Another update has been fiddling with the frames.json file a bit further, notably for Crush Targeting. Now it will identify the ability as a proper Tech Attack. For those playing on tabletop this isn't (I think) something that could have been a major issue, but for those using Foundry VTT, it now means that clicking Crush Targeting's macro will now properly load up the Tech Attack menu.
On a smaller note, I've finally added my payment infos on Itch.io again, so anyone who might have been trying to send money when downloading should be able to do so ^v^
I have to say, I'm really happy with how the frame is shaping up and further learning the design of a LCP's .json files has been an interesting learning experience. Experience that will be useful because in the future I'd like to not just have new frames, but possibly write my own mission module or similar content. In the meanwhile, I'm running through No Room for a Wallflower and as I make my own maps for the module, I've begun musing making my own map packs for it. I'll see what the future hold but this might be something to look forward to in the future.
